Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or SaaS account management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer focus with a proactive mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working in a pharmacy environment
- Experience supporting 340B programs or contract pharmacy operations
- Comfort in an environment requiring continuous learning of new software functionality
