This role is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and ongoing support of financial systems, ensuring they effectively support organizational processes and global operations. The Manager Financial Systems will lead projects spanning system configuration, development, testing, and deployment, with a focus on Oracle ERP Cloud and Order-to-Cash modules. - Lead planning, design, configuration, deployment, and support of financial systems, with focus on Oracle ERP Cloud and related applications.
- Provide day-to-day support for business users, including month-end and quarter-end processes.
- Manage and mentor internal and contractor team members across onshore and offshore locations.
- Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, patches, and fixes to ensure performance, data integrity, and reliability.
- Oversee system integration and user acceptance testing, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Serve as a key functional and technical interface between IT and business teams.
- Develop and enforce best practices and technology standards across financial systems operations.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; MS degree or Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Applications (EBS and ERP Cloud), including at least one full cycle implementation.
- Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash modules: Accounts Receivable, Order Management, Inventory, Service Contracts/Subscription Management, and RMCS.
- Experience supporting global implementations with multiple ledgers, currencies, and business units.
- Proficient in data conversion/integration methods such as FBDI, HDL, and ADFDi.
- Excellent problem-solving, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and corporate financial reporting is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, adaptable for technical and non-technical audiences.
