Role Description
Our client is a recruitment firm in the AdTech and Media space who is looking to hire a Sales Recruiter (AdTech/MarTech). The role is very delivery-focused and involves:
- Sourcing and engaging candidates
- Managing inbound applications
- Supporting job briefings
- Working closely with lead recruiters to secure interviews
THE ROLE IS WORKING US HOURS - 14:00-23:00 SA times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a delivery-focused recruitment role (candidate generation, screening/briefing, and progressing candidates through to interview stage)
- Experience recruiting for tech sales roles (e.g., SDR/BDR, Account Executive, Sales Manager/Director) — ideally within AdTech/MarTech, SaaS, digital media, or marketing tech
- Strong track record sourcing and engaging talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and CRM/ATS search
- Comfortable managing inbound applications (screening, shortlisting, candidate communication, and administration)
- Confident briefing candidates on roles and building trust quickly over phone/video
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Relevant qualification (Degree/Diploma) is advantageous, but not essential — equivalent recruitment experience is welcomed
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (candidate-facing)
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with consistent activity, follow-through, and high standards
Requirements
- Specific exposure to AdTech/MarTech markets and commercial terminology
- Experience working with Bullhorn (or similar CRM/ATS) and job distribution tools (e.g., Broadbean)
- Agency recruitment background supporting senior recruiters on retained or contingent searches
Benefits
- Role is paying between R450Kpa and R500kpa depending on experience plus commission
