• Provides complete claim loss services for policyholders • Investigates, evaluates, and disposes of MPL and General Liability claims • Interviews insureds, claimants, witnesses, and other parties to obtain information • Documents file regarding results of investigation and negotiations • Prepares reports for timely file documentation • Secures records for investigation and evaluation of cases • Determines and implements negotiation strategy • Adjusts reserves and makes recommendations to Manager/Director • Evaluates cases for appropriate disposition • Monitors activities of defense counsel • Analyzes losses to determine if insurance coverage applies • Maintains working knowledge of policy forms • Performs other duties as assigned
