Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Public Policy, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in senior leadership roles within EdTech, technology, or education sectors
- Proven expertise in strategic partnerships, government relations, and large-scale deal-making
- Experience working with resellers, agents, districts, or government entities is essential
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Deep knowledge of education policy, funding mechanisms (e.g., ESSER, Title I), and regulatory environments
- Analytical mindset with experience in market analysis and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), project management software, and data analytics platforms
