Role Description

This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer focused on building and optimizing advanced AI systems and APIs. The Senior Software Developer, API will design and implement intelligent agent systems, generative AI models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that improve information retrieval, automation, and operational efficiency. • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation tools and intelligent agent systems.
• Build and optimize APIs and RAG-based servers to enhance data retrieval and AI performance.
• Implement prompt engineering and context engineering techniques to improve AI outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and software developers.
• Analyze, monitor, and optimize AI system performance for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging AI, machine learning, and automation technologies and integrate best practices into development workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• 7+ years of professional experience programming in Python.
• 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, context engineering, or related AI model optimization.
• Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow for building RAG-based systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with natural language processing, language models, and model tuning is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to optimize system performance.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
