Job Description
Role Description
We’re doubling down on Go-To-Market Engineering—the intersection of marketing, automation, and AI-driven systems—to help B2B companies scale smarter. We’re looking for an AI Implementer who can build new or transform existing workflows using AI. You'll be our first dedicated AI builder — embedded in a team of GTM Engineering specialists who understand the problems deeply. Your job is to experiment fast, build internal and client-facing AI tools, helping systematically automate repetitive work or enable completely new workflows. This is not a research role. The challenge will be going beyond proof of concept and delivering robust tools and automations that teams rely on every day.
What You’ll Do
- Build AI-powered automations for client deliverables (reports, audits, data summaries)
- Implement tools that use LLMs to analyze CRM data, generate insights, or make recommendations
- Reduce manual effort across our teams by automating repetitive internal processes
- Evaluate and integrate AI products into our stack
- Monitor usage of the tools you build and improve as needed to ensure they are adopted by users
- Evangelize AI internally and support team members adopt AI in their work
Technologies used
The main AI tool we use is Claude. You will also have access to Gemini in Google Workspace. Access to other AI tools will be case-based. The tools you build may take the form of Claude skills, Workspace Studio automations, python scripts or interactive websites. They may be deployed locally, in Google Cloud, as GitHub actions or hosted in a no-code platform. You will also be exposed to various technologies and software tools, some used internally at CGM and some used by our customers. Some of the most common include:
- CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce
- Automation: Clay, AirOps, Zapier
- Data transfer: Supermetrics, Coefficient
- Data Warehouse: Google BigQuery
- Reporting: Looker Studio, Tableau, Google sheets
- Cloud: Google Cloud
You're a great fit if
- You've built something real with AI — even a side project, a script, or a personal tool
- You're comfortable with Python or JavaScript and aren't afraid to figure out new APIs
- You're curious about B2B marketing, sales, and how growth teams operate
- You communicate clearly in writing — you'll be working with a remote team
- You care about producing work that's actually useful, not just technically interesting
- You have a genuine interest in technology, AI and its applications, and a can-do mentality
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a high-growth agency redefining how B2B companies go to market.
- Work with cutting-edge tools and shape the future of GTM engineering.
- Collaborate with US-based, fast-moving, ambitious clients in SaaS and B2B tech.
- Opportunity to own and drive high-impact initiatives.
- Competitive compensation, flexible work environment, and a team that values innovation over bureaucracy.
- Fully remote culture
- Flexible work schedules
- Unlimited PTO and sick leave policies
- Parental leave
- Work from home stipend
