• Develop and implement the department’s Catastrophe claims handling programs • Manage the Vendor Services team and establish vendor service level agreements • Draft and maintain the Catastrophe Response Plan • Lead and supervise the CAT Claims and Vendor Services team • Collaborate with the Head of Claims Quality to identify training/QA needs • Monitor IA billing guidelines and ensure compliance with claim handling guidelines • Conduct audits of service level agreements
