The Senior Director, Corporate Development M&A will identify, evaluate, and execute high-impact transactions, guiding projects from target identification through due diligence, negotiation, and post-merger integration. You will partner closely with business and regional teams to align M&A strategy with organizational objectives and lead cross-functional stakeholders through complex deals. - Lead the identification and evaluation of acquisition targets aligned with regional business strategy.
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and strategic assessments to support investment decisions.
- Engage with potential targets, negotiate letters of intent, and manage due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors.
- Oversee preparation of investment proposals, presentations, term sheets, and closing documentation for senior management and board review.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and negotiation capabilities.
