Role Description
We are seeking a UX Designer who can leverage an existing design system to deliver intuitive, scalable user experiences. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to rapidly iterate on solutions while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences using the existing design library and established UX standards
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements and align on UX direction
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, technical feasibility, and business priorities
- Ensure consistency and scalability by adhering to and contributing to the design system
- Produce detailed Figma files with clear specifications for engineering handoff
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and best practices throughout the product lifecycle
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
- Demonstrated experience working within established design systems
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design libraries)
- Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineering teams
- Strong understanding of technical implementation constraints (front-end frameworks, responsive design, system limitations)
- Ability to iterate quickly and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agile product environments
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React or similar)
- Experience conducting lightweight user research or usability testing
