Job Description
•Support the Philanthropic Partnerships team’s fundraising and donor activities
•Work closely with frontline fundraisers to manage donor reporting deliverables
•Collect and curate program information and develop reports and materials for donors
•Review incoming grant agreements for accuracy and alignment with proposals
•Facilitate the internal grant agreement review and approval process
•Collaborate across ClimateWorks’ departments to support fundraising goals
Job Requirements
- 5 years’ professional work experience
- At least 2 years experience with grant/report writing in a non-profit setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize information to produce high-quality reports
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to receive and integrate feedback
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ClimateWorks’ mission and values.
- Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Previous experience/knowledge of climate/environmental issues.
- Experience with customer relationship management systems, such as Salesforce.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana.
- Previous experience working with remote teams
