Mission Systems is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Marketing Specialist to amplify our employer brand and attract top talent through innovative, data‑driven marketing strategies. In this role, you will design and execute multichannel campaigns, create compelling content, and support talentfocused eventsfrom logistics and swag management to performance trackingensuring every touchpoint drives measurable candidate engagement and strengthens our position as an employer of choice.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, be self-motivated, well organized and detail oriented. We are seeking a thought leader with a proven ability to educate and influence through storytelling using data analytics while also delivering compelling marketing strategies and materials. This position may be performed via remote work and may require occasional travel (less than 25%).


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing: Use market intelligence to implement impactful campaigns that align with the Talent Acquisition strategy, leveraging creative assets and engaging social‑media tactics.
  • Talent Insights Solutions: Blend deep talent market insights with analytics to design and execute strategic hiring solutions.
  • Content Creation: Produce marketing assets—including PowerPoints, email newsletters and a comprehensive social media strategy—to promote available opportunities, programs, and events.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency with email marketing, social‑media advertising, SEO/SEM, and paid media platforms.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to understand hiring demand and provide effective support to achieve our Talent Acquisition goals.
  • Event Support and Logistics: Partner with Talent Acquisition teammates to track events, coordinate the delivery of event swag, and define post-event success metrics.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Measure and optimize full‑funnel efficiency metrics, producing reports that demonstrate operational excellence and engagement to communicate our success story. Gather and interpret data, track key metrics, and use various tools for analysis and reporting.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Talent Acquisition Marketing and/or Communications experience OR a Master’s degree with 3+ years of related professional experience. 
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with a proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Demonstrated project‑management experience, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting key milestones and coordinating cross functional teams.
  • Hands‑on experience designing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, including social‑media and email campaigns.
  • Strong content creation skills: ability to produce engaging copy, graphics, videos, and multimedia assets tailored to recruitment audiences.
  • Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on talent acquisition or employer branding.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technology stacks (ATS, CRM, marketing automation) and integration of marketing efforts with talent acquisition workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

  • Experience with M365 suite

Primary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $128,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
