Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Luxury Travel Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing high-end, personalized travel experiences for discerning clients. This role involves curating luxury accommodations, exclusive tours, private transportation, and unique experiences while delivering exceptional customer service from planning through travel completion.
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and expectations.
- Design and book customized luxury travel itineraries including flights, five-star hotels, private villas, cruises, and exclusive experiences.
- Research and recommend premium destinations, luxury resorts, and high-end travel packages.
- Coordinate all aspects of travel including transportation, accommodations, activities, and special requests.
- Provide white-glove customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain relationships with luxury travel suppliers, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators.
- Stay up to date on luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
- Handle changes, upgrades, and travel issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate client profiles and booking details in CRM systems.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Travel Advisor, Travel Agent, or Luxury Travel Consultant preferred.
- Strong knowledge of luxury travel destinations, resorts, cruises, and experiences.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests.
- Proficiency with travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
