Role Description

itD is seeking a Project Coordinator to support cross-functional project teams by managing administrative coordination, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of client and internal deliverables. This role plays a critical part in maintaining program organization, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring projects remain aligned with deadlines and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and program tracking, along with a proven track record of supporting project teams to deliver initiatives on schedule while maintaining clear communication with leadership and clients.

Location: Remote (slight preference for EST, open to CST/MST/PST)

Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: Flexible hourly rate, depending on experience.

Interview Process:

  • One take-home assessment
  • One 45-minute interview

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to team members and leadership.
  • Support client-facing initiatives by coordinating communication and project support efforts.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, including progress updates and planning materials.
  • Attend and participate in client and internal meetings related to project execution.
  • Maintain clear communication across teams to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • Prior experience in project coordination or project management support roles.
  • Experience managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating project schedules.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple partners.
  • Background or familiarity with data annotation projects or workflows.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience working with data annotation organizations or AI/ML project environments.
  • Experience working with vendors or external partners.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data inquiries or project tracking.
  • Exposure to prompt engineering or AI-related workflows.
  • Experience supporting large-scale programs or operations teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
