Job Description

• Develops, owns, and evolves Empower’s global influencer marketing strategy aligned with enterprise objectives. • Identifies emerging platforms, creator trends, and cultural movements. • Defines and manages the annual influencer operating plan and budget. • Provides strategic oversight of external influencer agencies. • Oversees influencer programs including always-on, launches, and partnerships. • Leads negotiation and contracting for influencer collaborations. • Ensures influencer content meets brand, legal, and regulatory standards. • Defines KPIs and leads performance reporting and optimization. • Owns influencer compliance, brand safety, and risk management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 8–12+ years of marketing experience with deep specialization in influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale influencer programs.
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of FTC regulations and influencer compliance standards.
