Role Description
The Field Influencer Marketing Manager will support field influencer campaigns led by our Digital Earned Media team which focuses on influencer strategy across the agency. The job entails managing a wide range of projects for high-profile entertainment clients to ensure influencer promotion is executed in multiple local markets.
- Work closely with the Vice President and SVP to optimize our local approach to influencer strategy and execution for a variety of clients.
- Visibility and experience managing local field campaigns in multiple markets, which may include National and Global campaign initiatives.
- Help maintain and monitor centralized documentation for campaigns to support effective and efficient collaboration with our local field teams.
- Create and manage internal campaign trackers.
- Campaign and KPI tracking within internal and external documents.
- Organize brainstorm calls and compile final concepts into both an internal and client-facing document for approvals.
- Maintain internal and external deadlines by following up with teams on items due in the coming days and flag past-due items to the relevant FAMs.
- Build cross-market reports in Keynote and coordinate data input with local teams, our coordinator, and VP.
- Proof and format client-facing documents and reports.
- Analyze ROI of influencer category types across campaigns and provide insights for optimized workflow process and Elevate database management.
- Research and report on influencer trends applicable to the client industry to deliver innovative concepts.
- Report regularly to the Vice President and SVP on current work progress and above duties.
Qualifications
- Sound understanding of influencer marketing principles.
- Effective understanding of social media and the latest platforms, ability to apply them in marketing endeavors.
- Influencer research experience is a must.
- Contracting with influencers for paid opportunities is a plus.
- Understanding of the entertainment marketing funnel and how influencers deliver on KPIs is a plus.
- Willingness to share creative and innovative thoughts with team members and clients.
- Great ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and multi-step procedures autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Keynote, and advanced skills in Excel.
- Effective campaign and project management skills and organization.
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and build influencer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- BS/BA degree preferred or relevant experience.

- A full-time remote option with 9am-6pm hours.
- Salary: The annual salary for this full-time role is $60,000.
- This position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance as well as 401k and Flexible PTO).
