Job Description

• Own the interlock between sales and marketing orgs • Translate sales priorities into campaigns, account-based marketing programs, events, and collateral • Set marketing qualified lead (MQL) quality standards • Deliver clear, executive-ready readouts on impact and funnel health • Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing • Align account-based marketing with account teams’ priorities • Establish regular cadence for updates on marketing priorities for Sales leadership

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or business development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in defining and overseeing marketing strategies, campaigns, and sales plays aligned with strategic priorities
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales alignment
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison between Sales and Marketing
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and report on MQL impact
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively
