Role Description

We are seeking a competitive and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be focused on lead generation and qualification, playing a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. The Inside Sales Executive will proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential candidates within the medical imaging industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong prospecting skills, have the ability to build relationships with key decision makers and uncover the client’s needs.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound sales efforts for the Regional Sales VP’s.
  • Lead Qualification: Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, educate leads on product/service benefits, and address initial objections/concerns.
  • Sales Pipeline Management & Reporting: Manage robust leads pipeline within CRM, regularly updating records with touchpoints, next steps and meeting schedule progress.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of 626’s medical imaging solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Opportunity for Full Sales Cycle Management: Can grow to manage full deal cycle from initial meeting to close within a designated region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of medical imaging equipment or healthcare services is a plus.
  • Collegiate athletes are a plus.
