The Recruiter - Production & Broadcast is a strategic partner in building exceptional teams for media production and broadcast engineering projects. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment, sourcing and engaging top talent for dynamic, project-driven assignments, ensuring the right fit for both candidates and clients. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, provide market insights, and champion a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through offer negotiation. This flexible, project-based position offers exposure to a variety of roles and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of innovative media projects. You will also contribute to recruitment marketing initiatives and process improvements, helping shape the future of talent acquisition within the organization.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for media production and broadcast engineering positions, handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Source and engage candidates through advanced platforms, social media, Boolean search, and networking strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates align with project needs and organizational culture.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing insights on talent pipelines, market trends, and best practices.
- Lead offer negotiations, including compensation and benefits, to secure top talent.
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience with timely, transparent communication throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably hiring for media production and broadcast engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of broadcast media, live event production, and related technical roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, G Suite, LinkedIn, and modern sourcing tools (HireEZ, Boolean search, social media).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Experience in staffing agencies is a plus.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as JobVite or Ashby and project management tools like Monday.com is preferred.
