Role Description

AO Globe Life is hiring professionals to support credit union members who are already connected with our organization and seeking guidance on supplemental coverage options. This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexible scheduling, structured support, and the ability to work with pre-scheduled clients—no cold calling or prospecting required.

In this role, you will meet virtually with individuals and families, provide personalized recommendations, and help them access life, accident, and supplemental coverage options that fit their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with credit union members via Zoom
  • Assess client needs and clearly explain available coverage options
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and ongoing professional development
