Job Description

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the sale of the Cardiometabolic portfolio of products • Lead a team of 10 Account Managers and 1 District Manager • Drive growth, retention, and operational excellence on the Cardiometabolic Portfolio across East • Implement and execute commercial strategies that support U.S. Commercial Vision imperatives and objectives • Monitor performance using KPIs and Power BI dashboards; hold team accountable for results • Ensure customer retention and renewals while driving growth through acquisition of new business • Manage regional P&L and ensure accurate sales forecasting

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
  • Proven success in value-based solution selling
  • Strong ability to influence and lead with and without direct authority
  • Executive-level business and financial acumen with strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage senior-level executives
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to work independently and collaboratively
