Job Description
Role Description
The traditional boundaries between product, engineering, and design are dissolving in an AI-augmented world. This role will shape how our entire R&D organization works together—replacing sequential handoffs with collaborative flows, reducing rework, and ensuring we build the right things faster. You'll be at the forefront of defining what "AI-native product development" actually means in practice.
We're moving from experimentation to operationalization of AI across our product development process. While teams have been successfully adopting AI tools to augment their individual workflows, we're now ready to evolve our cross-functional collaboration practices to match this new reality.
We need a leader who can both architect the vision for AI-enabled workflows and build the actual solutions—creating custom Claude Projects, developing prompt frameworks, building workflow automations, and integrating AI into our existing tooling. You'll need to be comfortable abandoning existing solutions when they don't fit our needs and building sophisticated alternatives that reflect how our teams actually work.
What You'll Do
- Build and scale AI-enabled workflows: Design and build AI-enabled processes that bridge product, engineering, and UX through hands-on context engineering (Claude, custom GPTs, prompt frameworks, workflow automations).
- Partner with engineering to integrate product context into their development flow, creating sophisticated, context-aware AI workflows tailored to different team needs.
- Enable teams and drive adoption: Develop and evangelize best practices for how product and UX teams leverage AI across discovery, research synthesis, problem framing, and stakeholder communication.
- Design AI-focused enablement programs, drive adoption through influence and training, and create templates and playbooks that incorporate AI into every process.
- Strengthen product operations: Identify and drive process improvements through the lens of AI for prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder communication, and strategy work.
- Own and optimize our product tooling ecosystem (Jira, Figma, Pendo, Atlassian, Airfocus, Lucid, Condens, Replit) and evaluate/pilot new AI tooling.
- Lead strategic change and measure impact: Build business cases for process and tool changes, secure executive buy-in, and design change management strategies balancing quick wins with long-term transformation.
- Own measurement and ROI by establishing metrics, tracking adoption, and measuring impact on rework reduction and alignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product operations, product management, product design, or technical program management at a SaaS company with proven track record driving cross-functional process improvements that stick.
- Deep, hands-on experience with Claude Code and Claude Projects (required) plus practical knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, and when AI adds value vs. when it doesn't.
- Capability to build and engineer AI solutions, not just design them—comfortable writing prompts, creating custom workflows, and developing technical implementations.
- Active practitioner who has developed custom workflows, projects, and automation solutions.
- Familiarity with product tooling including Jira, Figma, Pendo, Atlassian suite, prototyping tools, research tools like Condens, Replit, and Lucid.
- Strategic thinker who rolls up sleeves to build solutions, write frameworks, and facilitate workshops.
- Exceptional communicator who makes complex process changes feel simple and compelling.
- Change management expertise with understanding of adoption curves, stakeholder mapping, and resistance patterns.
- Natural teacher energized by enabling others.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority and systems thinking to understand how changes cascade through organizations.
Bonus
- Experience in Product Operations/Enablement, background as PM or designer who moved into ops/enablement, or experience with large-scale tool migrations.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation
- 100% medical premium coverage (yes, you read that right!)
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Generous PTO packages that increase with tenure
- Schedule flexibility
- Fitness clubs (you get paid to have fun and be active!)
- Company parties and employee recognition programs
- Wellness programs (free Fitbit, gym membership and athletic shoe reimbursements, etc.)
- Onsite physician and massage therapist
- Innovation center and gaming rooms at the office
- Dental/vision plans
- Employer paid life insurance policy
- Much, much more!
