- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Guide individuals and families through personalized coverage options and the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate and organized digital records of client interactions
- Deliver excellent service and timely follow-up to support client satisfaction
- Participate in regular team training, development programs, and mentorship sessions
- Build long-term client relationships that support both their needs and your professional growth
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Confident using video communication platforms and digital tools
