Role Description
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a Digital Analyst II to support digital analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across web, mobile, social media, and digital marketing campaigns. This role will manage digital tracking tools, analyze performance data, and develop interactive dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- SQL
- Data visualization tools such as Looker or Power BI
Along with the ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital/web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience querying data in relational databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Python, or R
- 2+ years of experience developing dashboards or reports using tools such as Looker or Power BI
- 1+ year of experience presenting insights and facilitating meetings with stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Requirements
- Understanding of digital data collection methods such as events, cookies, and tracking pixels
- Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of data validation and quality assurance techniques
