Role Description

The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales organization by providing strategic support, tools, and training that empower sales teams to achieve revenue goals. This position combines content creation, sales training, and operational support to optimize the sales process and improve rep productivity. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to design enablement programs, deliver impactful resources, and track adoption and performance metrics. The role offers the opportunity to influence sales strategy, enhance customer interactions, and contribute to overall business growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will help shape the processes and tools that directly impact sales outcomes and organizational success.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales enablement programs that support onboarding, continuous learning, and skill development for sales teams.
  • Create and curate sales content, playbooks, and tools to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of messaging, collateral, and training materials.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify gaps, track performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching to equip sales teams with product knowledge, messaging, and selling skills.
  • Manage sales enablement technology platforms, ensuring accurate content distribution and adoption tracking.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize enablement initiatives to maximize impact on sales outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs, enablement content, and resources that drive sales results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness and making data-driven improvements.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms and content management tools is a plus.
