Role Description

As the Support Services Representative, you play a vital role in our mission to improve lives. Your responsibilities include:

  • Sort and prepare incoming paper-based mail.
  • Scan incoming paper checks into application(s) for bank processing.
  • Review, assemble, and prepare documents to ensure successful and accurate scanning.
  • Review and verify prepped documents for accuracy prior to scanning.
  • Monitor electronic mail queue in document repository application, review correspondence and route documents to applicable folder.
  • Monitor printer(s) for outgoing claims; sort, attach backup document(s) and prepare for mailing.
  • Retrieve billing documents through internal systems or external websites and distribute appropriately.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • One year of work experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
  • Able to speak clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to use a 10-key calculator.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and act on simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Able to work overtime during peak periods.
