Role Description

Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Collections, you will be responsible for inbound collection calls of delinquent FlexPay installments and FlexPay Eligibility inquiries. Performs a variety of routine and complex tasks, which includes document processing, data entry and preparing checks for deposit.

This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, DE, PA. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA office as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls for Flexpay installment collections and eligibility.
  • Handle all call types related to Flexpay installment plans and eligibility.
  • Review Flexpay credit card decline and eligibility reports; act as liaison with collection agencies and Finance to resolve issues.
  • Process payments manually, scan checks, balance and prepare checks for deposit.
  • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a Call Center/Customer service environment.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and 10-key skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Exhibit strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Apply excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
  • Adapt to change, remain flexible, and perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
