• Managing client relationships, retaining clients, and driving revenue growth • Proactively provide consultancy and anticipate client needs based on client goals and business objectives • Ensure consultancy and service by adhering to strict Client Level service standards and territory benchmark standards • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients • Coordinate and oversee Client Remediation Plans • Ensure that the Risk Management based product and service offering within each client performs at a level that meets or exceeds financial thresholds • Expand revenue to existing clients by actively engaging and selling from the suite of manufactured and referral products
