Job Description

• Research and identify prospective clients across the gaming ecosystem. • Generate new opportunities through outbound email, phone, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, need, and timing. • Engage prospects to understand their goals, challenges, and development needs. • Maintain consistent outreach cadences and follow-ups to build early interest. • Clearly communicate Virtuos’ value proposition and service capabilities. • Schedule discovery meetings and hand off well-qualified opportunities to Business Development Managers. • Manage early-stage pipeline activity in Salesforce with accurate, up-to-date records. • Track outreach, lead status, and conversion progress; flag pipeline gaps or bottlenecks. • Share relevant market and competitive insights; support sales and marketing campaigns and events. • Stay informed on video game industry trends, emerging studios, publishers, and evolving development needs.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to research prospects and generate qualified leads.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working toward targets.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or technology sales (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the video games or entertainment industry (preferred).
  • Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) (preferred).
