Role Description

Two Six Technologies is seeking an Intel Analyst to join our team! You will drive analytical efforts in support of client objectives leveraging next-generation operations and analysis platforms, while also partnering with technical teams to inform development of platform analytic capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working as a data or intelligence analyst, ideally involving processing large volumes of data, leveraging technology to augment human analysis, and innovative approaches to presenting findings to enable audience understanding and acting on that data.

  • Partner with product owners, field operations, and developers to deeply understand client needs, and translate these requirements into collection and analysis approaches.
  • Leverage a broad range of data sources and technical capabilities to analyze issues, conduct research, summarize results, and develop recommendations.
  • Generate high-quality responsive analytic products and visualizations that provide insight to difficult problems demonstrating best practices in analytical tradecraft.
  • Employ validated analytical techniques to generate insights from large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data in support of client requirements.
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure analytical output quality and utility, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with program leadership and lead analysts to establish analysis frameworks and best practices, and guide adoption across the team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve technical tools and capabilities in support of analytical processes.
  • Mentor more junior analysts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Operations Planner, or Intelligence Analyst.
  • Familiarity with foundational analysis approaches, such as descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive, and other techniques.
  • The ability to analyze data for trends and patterns and articulate the impact.
  • Experience creating written intelligence reports, visualizations, briefings, and dashboards to communicate findings to leadership and operational units.
  • Experience presenting analysis to technical and non-technical audiences, providing clear recommendations and assessments.
  • Ability to present data in a way that tells a story and enables executive-level audiences to make decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to derive insights from incomplete data.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Requirements

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI Clearance.

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience conducting analysis in a US Government context or environment.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Kibana, R, Gephi, Tableau or similar analytical or open source information tools.
  • Experience briefing or working directly with US Government policymakers.
  • Prior service in defense, national security, or intelligence community organizations.

Salary Range

$110,500 — $185,800 USD
