Role Description
The Franchise Recruitment Sales Team Lead serves as the lead interviewer for an assigned product within the Franchise Development team. This role models high-quality consultative sales execution, monitors funnel trends, and provides coaching and performance support to Franchise Recruitment Sales Specialists.
The Team Lead partners closely with the Franchise Recruitment Director and cross-functional teams to ensure strong communication, consistent messaging, and alignment across the candidate lifecycle from sourcing through launch.
This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video call. The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Lead franchise candidate interviews and guide qualified prospects through the development journey using a consultative sales approach.
- Track pipeline performance (interviews, conversions, and pacing) to identify trends and improve results.
- Coach Recruitment Specialists by reviewing interviews, sharing feedback, and strengthening sales and qualification skills.
- Partner with Recruitment, Marketing, and onboarding teams to share candidate insights and continuously improve the recruitment funnel.
Qualifications
- Proven success in conducting consultative franchise candidate interviews with strong conversion results.
- Confident leading structured sales conversations by phone and video, with strong qualification and objection-handling skills.
- Experience in phone-based sales, outbound outreach, or high-volume lead follow-up.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify trends, coaching opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to positively influence peers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic and personable, with the ability to confidently communicate the value of franchise ownership.
Requirements
- Franchise development interview experience, leadership/mentoring background, and familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Zoom, Excel, Calendly, and Google Workspace are a plus.
- Strong understanding of the Area Director role and N2 Company brands preferred.
