Role Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to join a team focused on observability and intelligence for Make. In this role, you'll help customers understand what's happening across their AI and automation landscape, making it easier to monitor, debug, and act on data at scale.
- Shape the product strategy and roadmap for observability and helping customers understand, monitor, and debug their business processes at scale.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve visibility into automation performance, health, and data flow across the platform.
- Lead the development of capabilities that connect Make to observability and alerting ecosystems.
- Drive AI-augmented product practices across the team, accelerating discovery, synthesis, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with an Engineering Manager and a Product Designer to drive discovery, experimentation, and delivery.
- Champion the customer perspective by translating usage data, support signals, and direct engagement into clear, actionable product decisions.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement: think big, ship iteratively, and learn fast.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a product management role in SaaS, with a focus on continuous discovery and data-informed decision-making.
- Understanding of observability concepts: monitoring, logging, metrics, alerting, and tracing.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or similar) to accelerate product workflows.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, proactive and collaborative with strong communication skills, able to bridge technical depth and business impact.
- Understanding of process automation and workflow orchestration.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent written and verbal fluency in English.
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation, integrations, or no-code platforms is a plus.
