Qualifications
- Proven experience in channel sales, sales, or partner management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of the full sales cycle.
- Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Salesforce Expertise: Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving partner challenges.
- Training & Enablement: Ability to train and enable partner teams.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills.
- Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
Requirements
- Driving Revenue (50%): Provide Level 2 sales support to partner sales teams.
- Lead Management: Manage all partner-referred leads and own the complete sales cycle.
- Pipeline Management: Ensure a clean pipeline and accurate forecasting.
- Supporting Partner Sales Teams (35%): Design and deliver comprehensive on-the-job training sessions.
- Sales Support Channel: Own the Slack sales support channel.
- Building Processes & Reporting (15%): Ensure timely closure of all deals and maintain Salesforce records.
- Role Framework Iteration & Strategic Planning: Continuously iterate on the role framework.
