Role Description
We are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Massachusetts-based Immigration and Family Law Attorney.
Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 5+ hours per week.
Qualifications
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 5 years’ Immigration and Family Law experience
- Willing to do coverage (some in person but mostly virtual)
- Strong, experienced immigration coverage attorney for MCH and Individual Hearings
- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work independently

- Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour
