Role Description

We are seeking friendly, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative – Travel. In this role, you will assist clients with travel-related questions, help coordinate travel arrangements, and provide support throughout the travel planning process.   • Provide excellent customer service to clients planning travel
  • Assist with researching and coordinating travel options including cruises, vacation packages, tours, and hotels

  • Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and travel details
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
  • Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
