Job Description
Job Requirements
- Active California Bar licence (mandatory)
- 1.5+ years of dedicated California workers' compensation defence experience
- Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload independently in a remote setting
- Experience attending WCAB hearings, including MSCs, status conferences, and trials
- Doctor deposition experience strongly preferred
- Proficient with digital workflows, dictation software, and paperless case management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing disposition
- Fast and reliable internet connection; a quiet working environment suitable for remote legal work
Benefits
- $100,000 to $220,000 USD base salary depending on experience
- Quarterly performance bonuses (up to $52,000/year via collaborative billing model)
- Bar dues and CLEs covered
- All equipment provided (laptop, monitors, keyboard)
- Access to eight California office locations if preferred (Agoura Hills, Oxnard, Encino, Inland Empire, Long Beach, Orange County, Sacramento/Roseville, San Diego)
