Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-4+ years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, business process management, or quality assurance
- Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), or Business Process Mapping or similar methodologies
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, MDL/git) and data visualization/analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Tableau)
- Experience with work management tools (Azure DevOps (ADO))
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex process changes to diverse stakeholders
