Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with members through scheduled outreach using qualified leads

  • Assess financial protection needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions

  • Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships

  • Guide members through the application and enrollment process

  • Provide ongoing policy support including reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards


Ideal Candidate Profile

Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities

  • Comfort using computer-based tools and virtual communication platforms

  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset

  • Sales or client-facing experience (preferred but not required)

  • Eligibility to obtain a Life Insurance License (training and support provided)

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team

  • Coachability and a commitment to continuous improvement

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Must be physically located within the United States
