We are seeking performance-driven, collaborative professionals who excel in virtual customer engagement and field support. This role plays a critical part in reinforcing brand strategy, supporting access initiatives, and enhancing connectivity between healthcare providers and field teams.

What will you be doing?
- Support field teams in executing approved commercial strategies and campaign initiatives.
- Engage healthcare professionals via phone and virtual platforms to reinforce product access pathways and specialty pharmacy distribution processes.
- Assist with transition initiatives from retail to specialty pharmacy partners to improve product acquisition within healthcare settings.
- Serve as a consistent virtual presence that builds rapport, strengthens relationships, and expands connectivity across stakeholders.
- Leverage customer networks, digital tools, and CRM platforms to enhance reach and engagement.
- Accurately document interactions, insights, and follow-up actions in accordance with client policies and compliance standards.
- Maintain productivity metrics aligned with program objectives.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the migraine product portfolio, access landscape, and approved promotional materials.
- Successfully complete all required product and compliance training (self-study, testing, virtual and/or in-person training).
- Collaborate closely with Virtual Sales Managers, Field Regional Sales Managers, and Field counterparts to ensure aligned execution.
- Support the execution of commercial strategies in compliance with FDA regulations, Federal Healthcare Program requirements, and client policies.
What do you need for this position?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience
- Previous virtual/contact center sales experience required
- Strong technical acumen
- Strong work ethic and ability to build rapport quickly
- Positive attitude and adaptability
- Open to and actively solicits feedback for professional growth
