Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in project management, GTM strategy, or product marketing
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with forecasting tools, sales enablement platforms, and launch planning frameworks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organizational structures
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
