Job Description

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts across product launches, market segmentation, and go-to-market (GTM) execution • Manage project timelines, track key milestones, and ensure alignment between global and regional teams for timely execution of GTM plans • Drive flawless execution of product launches, ensuring readiness across sales, marketing, and operations • Partner with demand planning and sales operations to ensure accurate forecasting for new product introductions (NPIs) • Develop and deliver strong sell-in stories and customer-facing materials to enable sales teams • Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence to inform product positioning and roadmap decisions • Act as a conduit between regional teams and global product management to relay market needs and feedback

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, GTM strategy, or product marketing
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with forecasting tools, sales enablement platforms, and launch planning frameworks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organizational structures
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
