- Coordinate scheduling and coverage for events requiring Certified Stenographic Reporters (CSRs), matching reporters by geography, format, and availability.

- Ensure event readiness by confirming reporter assignments, sharing event details, and providing day-of support.
- Handle escalations promptly, resolving issues such as late/no-show reporters or technical problems in real time.
- Drive onboarding and activation for new reporters, verifying credentials, providing training, and supporting early assignments.
- Track reporter performance and service quality metrics, maintaining accurate logs of attendance, timeliness, and communication.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to recommend and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in operations, vendor management, or logistics; experience in legal tech or court reporting is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proficiency in managing spreadsheet-driven workflows and multiple concurrent tasks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact proactively, clearly, and diplomatically with external vendors and internal teams.
- Comfortable making urgent operational decisions and managing shifting priorities independently.
- Process-driven mindset with experience creating systems, playbooks, and scalable operational solutions from the ground up.
