QA/QC Manager
Perform data acquisition, validation, analysis, and reporting of key areas company wide. Develop, test, and implement processes to automate analysis and risk identification. Leverage technology to identify areas for process efficiency improvements while providing insights and recommendations.

QA/QC Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the development and execution of quality assurance plans for programming
- Create enrollment processes that ensure participation of ORR Eligible clients
- In partnership with customer and SME, develop metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement in programming
- Oversee the creating of reporting for client relevant to programming objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, new quality management methodologies, and regulatory changes that affect product quality.
- Review programming and materials for accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
- Formulate policies, procedures and standards of services in a manner that aligns with client goals of sustained and scalable programming.
- Identify potential risks to programming and implement corrective action plans.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
QA/QC Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- At least 4 years working in program development and implementation for ORR Eligible populations
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration or related field
- Proven experience in social work, program admin or program management
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
