GE Healthcare has a great opportunity for an Installation Project Manager to support our Imaging Equipment business in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. With your experience in construction projects, you'll own the implementation process for installing our larger Imaging equipment in hospitals and other care centers starting from the sales order review through training the customers on their new devices. This is a customer facing position role supporting customers Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact between GE Healthcare and the customer on all things related to installation

  • Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation process

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GE operational targets

  • Work cross functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of project management experience; or an associate degree and minimum five years of Project Management experience.

  • Minimum two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations while based in your home office

  • Ability to work with and influence team members to achieve mutual goals

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel regularly including overnight when required within Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Desired Characteristics

  • Formal coursework in project management and experience in construction or working with the building trades

  • Experience with large-scale project management requirements where deadlines where met on or ahead of schedule

  • Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment and familiarity with GE Healthcare products

  • Proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD and Magic Plan

  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma certification

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $112,000.00-$168,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
