• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and expense reimbursements. • Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments. • Generate customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable aging, and follow up on overdue payments. • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and accounting records. • Assist in the month-end closing process by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports. • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations. • Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and addressing audit findings. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the accounting function.
