• Develop course and other learning product materials. • Develop measurable test items. • Support needs assessment and training needs analysis activities. • Support course evaluation activities. • Evaluate new and existing training data. • Create reports based on new and existing data. • Assists with training product development as needed. • Performs other tasks at the direction of the Senior Instructional Designer.
