Accurately log call details and donor information
Deliver friendly, professional support
Share program information as needed
Consistently meet performance benchmarks

What You’ll Need:
Basic Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
6 months remote or 1 year on-site experience
Solid communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Quiet home setup and flexible schedule
Must reside in the United States
Background check is required
Technology Requirements:
Windows 11 ONLY – No Chromebooks or Apple
16 GB RAM computer is preferred
Dual monitors (optional during application)
