The specialist will provide professional remote assistance via video conferencing and phone to members and non-members, focusing on establishing and updating personal and business accounts while ensuring accurate documentation. Duties include meeting performance goals, maintaining product knowledge for cross-selling, and partnering with internal teams to enhance the member experience.
