You will own the end-to-end execution of multi-disciplinary initiatives, translating business objectives into actionable plans, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery across distributed teams. - Lead program strategy and execution, converting strategic OKRs into detailed milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, and Operations teams, facilitating steering committees, sync-ups, and decision forums.
- Proactively manage risks and dependencies, identifying blockers and technical trade-offs, and implementing mitigation plans.
- Implement process excellence, establishing scalable PDLC/SDLC frameworks, tooling integrations, and release pipelines to improve delivery velocity and quality.
- Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation, ensuring projects have the right personnel, tools, and workflows to succeed.
- Champion continuous improvement, running retrospectives, surfacing process gaps, and introducing best practices to elevate team performance.
- Manage vendor and government relationships for programs in the US Public Sector, coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver enterprise-scale projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management roles within software or technology companies.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional and cross-geography programs, preferably in complex or high-compliance environments.
- Deep familiarity with Agile frameworks, Scrum ceremonies, and related tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent real-world experience).
- Experience managing interdependent, high-complexity projects, with a strong focus on risk reduction and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Strong technical communication skills, able to translate executive vision into actionable engineering plans.
- Ability to analyze metrics and KPIs, including lead time, throughput, and defect rates, to drive data-informed improvements.
- Adaptable and resilient in high-growth environments, capable of leading teams through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- US Citizenship is required due to the nature of Public Sector programs.
