The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) will own product and technical strategy, define measurable business outcomes, and lead cross-functional execution from conception to delivery. Operating at the intersection of technology and business, this role ensures initiatives are aligned with company goals, executed efficiently, and deliver measurable impact for both customers and the organization. The TPM will influence stakeholders, prioritize initiatives based on ROI and strategic value, and maintain clarity across competing priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. - Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes in alignment with company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives by coordinating priorities, trade-offs, dependencies, and sequencing decisions.
- Establish clear problem statements, success metrics, and KPIs prior to development to ensure outcome-driven execution.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to design scalable technical solutions that balance speed, quality, and long-term architecture.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, iterating based on data, experimentation, and customer feedback.
- Communicate roadmap, progress, trade-offs, and results effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Surface and manage strategic risks, dependencies, and alignment across all impacted teams.

- Experience using SQL and analytics tools to guide prioritization, measure impact, and inform iteration.
- Deep experience operating within Agile frameworks while maintaining strategic clarity and judgment on trade-offs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience integrating or managing AI/ML-driven capabilities is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in complex organizational environments.
Benefits
- 100% remote work within the US.
- Flexible vacation policy and annual vacation allowance for travel-related expenses.
- Three-day weekend every month of the year.
- Competitive compensation and comprehensive healthcare coverage.
- 401(k) plan and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for dependent, medical, and dental care.
- Access to coaching, therapy, and professional development resources.
- Opportunity to work in a high-growth, innovative, and collaborative environment.
