• Conduct phone and email outreach to prospective donors, securing meetings with senior leadership. • Engage prospects professionally over the phone, discussing financial contributions and alignment with organizational goals. • Follow up consistently, tracking pending pledges and re-engaging unreachable prospects. • Cultivate and nurture relationships, fostering potential donor engagement. • Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities and interactions in Salesforce. • Build a portfolio of committed donors from secured prospects. • Report outcomes and progress regularly to the Sr. VP of External Relations • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
